Organizational Development and Change (OD) Message from the Courses: With the rapid development of organizations and increasingly challenged economic situations, organizations have paid unprecedented attention to managing change. There are many ways to manage change. One way to do this is with “top-down” change, where the change is promoted using standard methods. Another way is “bottom-up ” approach, employees as the main motivation to start the change, observe where the organization has a problem, and to find ways to solve. The third way is to identify and build organizational strengths, develop the organization, rather than starting from the problem. What are the specific steps in these approaches and how can these methods be used most effectively? In the context of change management and organizational development
