通过对单干个人和团队襄助下个人的创新能力成长变化进行建模比较,结果显示:中国科研团队在科技创新人才成长过程中发挥了非常显著的襄助作用。具体表现为:与单干科技人才相比,团队襄助情况下科技创新人才的创新能力起步更早、衰退更晚,创新黄金期更长,创新能力峰值更早来临且峰值水平更高;在任何一个年龄点上,团队襄助情况下科技人才的创新能力都要更强。因此,加强教育领域和科研部门的团队建设,可以也应当成为中国高层次科技人才培养的重要途径。
Through the comparison and analysis of individual growth and innovation under the guidance of individual and team alone, the results show that Chinese research team plays a very significant role in the growth of science and technology innovation talents.
