以华东葡萄、秋葡萄、毛葡萄、掌裂草葡萄4种野生葡萄为砧木,嫁接红富士品种,测定他们的叶片干物重、水势、可溶性糖、氮与钾含量,研究其与亲和力的关系。结果表明:葡萄叶片干物重、含氮及含钾量与嫁接亲和力无关;水势低的接穗嫁接在水势高的野生砧木上,易成活;砧、穗间可溶性糖含量的差异程度越小,亲和力越强。
Four kinds of wild grapes from East China grapes, autumn grapes, wool grapes and Crassulaceae grapes were used as rootstocks. The red Fuji cultivars were grafted and their leaf dry weight, water potential, soluble sugar, nitrogen and potassium contents were measured and the relationship between their affinity and affinity was studied. The results showed that: dry matter weight, nitrogen and potassium content of grape leaves had nothing to do with the affinity of grafting; scions with low water potential were grafted onto wild rootstocks with high water potential and survived easily; the difference of soluble sugar content between anvil and spike was smaller, Strong.
