以FeSO4·7H2O、LiOH·H2O、H3PO4作为原料合成LiFePO4粉末,将十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)作为分散剂,配制LiFePO4-SDBS分散溶液,利用旋转甩涂法在锡掺杂玻璃光波导表面上制备成LiFePO4-SDBS敏感薄膜,并对其气敏性进行检测。探讨了分散剂浓度,分散时间和温度对LiFePO4-SDBS薄膜/锡掺杂玻璃光波导元件气敏性的影响。研究结果表明,超声波振荡时间为2h,分散剂浓度为1%,分散温度为35℃下制备的LiFePO4-SDBS薄膜/锡掺杂玻璃光波导元件显出良好的气敏性。
LiFePO4 powder was synthesized by using FeSO4 · 7H2O, LiOH · H2O and H3PO4 as raw materials, and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) as dispersing agent to prepare LiFePO4-SDBS dispersion solution. The surface of the waveguide prepared LiFePO4-SDBS sensitive film, and its gas sensitivity testing. The effects of dispersant concentration, dispersion time and temperature on the gas sensitivity of LiFePO4-SDBS thin film / tin-doped glass optical waveguide devices were investigated. The results show that the LiFePO4-SDBS thin film / tin-doped glass optical waveguide prepared at 35 ℃ has good gas sensitivity under the conditions of ultrasonic oscillation time of 2h, dispersant concentration of 1% and dispersion temperature of 35 ℃.
