针对平头式塔式起重机起重臂在工作中产生的下挠问题,研究起重臂预翘度确定的理论和方法。通过研究起重臂在自重载荷和起重载荷的共同作用下,起重臂的下挠曲线和下挠量的计算分析方法,给出了起重臂挠曲线和下挠量的计算表达式。依据最大下挠量最小的原则确定了起重臂预翘度的设计方法和计算表达式,为平头式塔式起重机的起重臂预翘度的设计奠定理论基础。
In order to solve the problem of down deflection caused by the boom of the tower crane, the research on the theory and method of determining the preheat degree of the boom is carried out. By calculating the analysis method of the lower deflection curve and the lower deflection of the jib under the joint action of self-weight load and lifting load, the calculation expressions of the deflection curve and the deflection of the jib are given. According to the principle of minimum deflection, the design method and calculation expression of boom preheat degree are determined, which lays the theoretical foundation for the design of crane preheat degree of the tower crane.
