应变参数是飞行试验中研究飞机载荷强度的必测参数,由于其输出信号为μV级信号,易受到测试电缆的影响。通过理论与大量实验数据的分析,研究了不同长度的导线电阻对测试误差的影响,结果表明应变测量结果的相对误差随着电缆长度增加。同时,推导出不同长度电缆引起的应变相对误差公式,与实验结果一致,为飞行试验中应变测试误差的评估提供了一种参考依据。
Strain parameter is a necessary parameter to study aircraft load intensity in flight test. Because its output signal is μV level signal, it is easily affected by the test cable. Through the analysis of theory and lots of experimental data, the influence of wire resistance with different length on the test error is studied. The results show that the relative error of strain measurement increases with the cable length. At the same time, the formula of relative error of the cable caused by different lengths of cable is deduced, which is consistent with the experimental results, which provides a reference for the evaluation of the strain test error in flight test.
