目的建立HPLC法测定复方阿司匹林酊中阿司匹林的含量。方法色谱条件:色谱柱为C8柱(5μm,150mm×4.6 mm);流动相:乙腈-水-冰醋酸(20∶75∶1);进样量为20μl;流速为1 ml.min-1;检测波长为277 nm;柱温为28℃。结果阿司匹林在20.16~141.12μg.ml-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.88%,RSD为1.09%(n=6)。结论本方法专属性强,重复性好,精密度高,可用于复方阿司匹林酊的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of aspirin in compound aspirin tincture. Methods Chromatographic conditions: C8 column (5μm, 150mm × 4.6mm); mobile phase: acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid (20:75:1); injection volume of 20μl; flow rate of 1 ml.min-1; The detection wavelength was 277 nm; the column temperature was 28 ℃. Results Aspirin showed a good linear relationship (r = 0.9999) in the range of 20.16-14.14 μg · ml-1. The average recovery was 99.88% with a RSD of 1.09% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is highly specific, reproducible and precise, and can be used for the quality control of compound aspirin tincture.
