我院从1984年推行技术经济承包责任制以来,不断深化设计制度改革,积极探索适应社会主义市场经济体制需要的经营机制,以改革促发展,向管理要效益,创造了良好的社会信誉。院工会根据自身的特点,结合我院实际情况,认真贯彻执行全总十二届执委会确定的总体思路。紧紧围绕院工作方针,充分发挥维护职能,努力把工会工作提高到一个新水平。
Since 1984, when implementing the responsibility system of technical and economical contracting, our institute constantly deepened the reform of the design system and actively explored the operating mechanism that meets the needs of the socialist market economic system. Reforming and promoting development brought about effective management and created a good social reputation. The hospital union according to its own characteristics, combined with the actual situation in our hospital, conscientiously implement the overall thinking of the Executive Committee of the 12th. Closely follow the work guideline of the hospital, give full play to its maintenance functions and strive to raise the work of trade unions to a new level.
