以盐酸萘甲唑啉为内标,用反相离子对 HPLC 同时测定复方布洛芬片中布洛芬及盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量。色谱柱 Nucleosll C_(18)(5 μm)250×4.6mm。流动相为乙腈—水—冰醋酸(490:510:1.0)每1000 ml 中含3.5g十二烷基硫酸钠的混合溶液。检测波长为257 nm。布洛芬的回收率为99.94%±0.66;盐酸伪麻黄碱的回收率为99.6%±0.74。
Using naphthylmethane hydrochloride as internal standard, the contents of ibuprofen and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in compound ibuprofen tablets were determined by reversed-phase ion-pair HPLC. Column Nucleosll C_ (18) (5 μm) 250 × 4.6 mm. The mobile phase consisted of a mixture of acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid (490: 510: 1.0) containing 3.5 g of sodium lauryl sulfate per 1000 ml. The detection wavelength is 257 nm. The recovery of ibuprofen was 99.94% ± 0.66; the recovery of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride was 99.6% ± 0.74.
