以13个新不育系为材料,采用在海南省三亚市、湖北省武汉市和贵州省贵阳市等3个地理生态区,进行分期播种试验所获得的套袋自交结实率和温度、日照长度资料,用光温因素分级和育性量化模型等两种分析方法进行育性转换的生态条件鉴定。结果证明,有5个温敏类型不育系的转育温度在24℃以下,有2个光敏类型不育系在12.4h以上,具有较彻底的不育性;有1个光温互作型不育系无论在高温或低温下,转育日照长度均较短。它们均具有较高的生产实用价值。
Thirteen new CMS lines were used as material, and three geographical ecological zones including Sanya City in Hainan Province, Wuhan City in Hubei Province and Guiyang City in Guizhou Province were used for sowing self-bred seed setting rate and temperature, Length of data, using light and temperature classification and fertility classification of two kinds of analytical methods fertility transformation of the ecological conditions identified.
