以等焓充气公式为基础讨论一些主要结构因素对气冲紧实的影响,指出冲击阀的结构在于提高冲击刚开始初实层形成时的升压速度。并着重讨论了冲击阀的开口大小、射孔周长、提阀速度与提高P_1的升压速度的关系。最后分析了开阀特性曲线,强调指出,具有上突形特性曲线,保证开阀时最初1~2ms的升压速度是提高冲击效果有效的方法。
Based on the isenthalpic gas inflated formula, the influence of some main structural factors on gas tightness is discussed. The structure of the impulse valve is to increase the velocity of pressure rise when the initial real layer is formed. The relationship between the opening size of the impact valve, perimeter of the perforation, the speed of the lift valve and the increasing velocity of P_1 was emphatically discussed. In the end, the open valve characteristic curve is analyzed. It is emphasized that with the upper salient characteristic curve, it is an effective way to increase the impact effect by ensuring that the first 1 ~ 2ms boost speed when opening the valve.
