聚晶立方氮化硼(Polycrystalline cubic Boron Nitride,PcBN)是继聚晶金刚石之后的又一超硬耐磨材料,广泛用于机械、冶金和电子等领域。就金属添加对烧结体的影响做了系统的实验研究,结果表明,烧结过程中加入少量的金属铝和钴,可以使氮化硼晶粒之间实现较强的结合,明显地提高PcBN烧结体的密度与机械强度,然而添加金属铜却起不到这种作用。定性分析了不同金属影响高压烧结PcBN的原因。
Polycrystalline cubic boron nitride (Polycrystalline cubic Boron Nitride, PcBN) is the second polycrystalline diamond after another hard wear-resistant materials, widely used in machinery, metallurgy and electronics and other fields. The effect of metal addition on the sintered body was systematically investigated. The results show that adding a small amount of metal aluminum and cobalt during the sintering process can make the boron nitride grains stronger and improve the porosity of the PcBN sintered body The density and mechanical strength, however, adding copper metal does not play this role.
