随着挣值管理理论在我国的广泛应用,在不确定性风险因素的影响下,传统挣值管理在绩效评价方面的不足之处也逐渐凸显。从挣值管理的中间变量——已完成工作预算成本的角度进行分析,采用多层模糊综合评价法,建立风险挣值的数学模型,并对传统挣值管理绩效评价指标进行了改进。最后结合案例分析了该方法具有较强的适用性和可操作性。
With the extensive application of Earned Value Management Theory in our country, under the influence of uncertain risk factors, the deficiencies of traditional Earned Value Management in performance appraisal also gradually become prominent. From the perspective of earned-value management intermediate variable-job budget has been completed, the multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the mathematical model of risk-earned value, and the traditional EVM performance evaluation index is improved. Finally, combined with case analysis of the method has strong applicability and maneuverability.
