如何提高大学历史教学的质量,改进教学效果,历来为史学界所关注。但以往人们关注的重点,多在教学方法或教学形式,较少进一步涉及教师自身的素质问题,比如较少分析教师须具备什么样的知识结构,才能运用恰当的教学形式和教学方法。在我看来,教师的个人素质,是形成自己教学风格的关键。归根到底,教学质量的高低与教学效果的好坏,还是取决于教师的个人素质。教师在教学中只能在个人素质或知识结构的基础上,广采各家之长,兼收并蓄,才能形成自己特有的教学风格。
How to improve the quality of university history teaching and improve teaching effectiveness has always been the concern of historians. However, in the past, people focused more on teaching methods or teaching forms. They seldom further touched on the teachers’ own quality problems. For example, they analyzed less about what kind of knowledge structure a teacher should possess in order to apply appropriate teaching forms and teaching methods. In my opinion, the personal qualities of teachers are the key to forming their own teaching style. In the final analysis, the quality of teaching and teaching effectiveness is good or bad, or depends on the personal qualities of teachers. Teachers in teaching can only be based on personal qualities or knowledge structure, the broad adoption of the various lengths, eclectic, in order to form their own unique teaching style.
