循化撒拉族自治县位于青海省东南部黄河上游的南岸,海拔在1800～4600米之间,年均降雨量259.8毫米。降雨量少且年内分配不均,故地表水短缺,严重影响着我县农业生产的稳定发展。
Xunhua Salar Autonomous County is located on the south bank of the upper reaches of the Yellow River in southeastern Qinghai Province between 1800 and 4600 meters with an average annual rainfall of 259.8 mm. Little rainfall and uneven distribution during the year, so the shortage of surface water, seriously affecting the stable development of agricultural production in our county.
