对Ir/CexZr1-xO2/Al2O3/FeCrAl催化剂的制备及其在高温甲醇水蒸气重整中的应用进行了研究。通过XRD,SEM,TPR等表征对FeCrAl箔片、CexZr1-xO2/Al2O3/FeCrAl样品及CexZr1-xO2粉体进行了分析;比较了以FeCrAl合金和陶瓷蜂窝为载体的高温水蒸气重整催化剂的性能;针对CexZr1-xO2涂层中Ce/Zr比例对催化剂性能的影响进行了研究。在100 h寿命评价中,Ir/Ce0.8Zr0.2O2/Al2O3/FeCrAl催化剂显示出了较好的催化活性和稳定性。
The preparation of Ir / CexZr1-xO2 / Al2O3 / FeCrAl catalyst and its application in steam reforming of methanol at high temperature were studied. The properties of FeCrAl foils, CexZr1-xO2 / Al2O3 / FeCrAl samples and CexZr1-xO2 powders were analyzed by XRD, SEM and TPR. The performance of high temperature steam reforming catalysts with FeCrAl alloy and ceramic honeycomb as carriers was also compared ; CexZr1-xO2 coating Ce / Zr ratio on the performance of the catalyst were studied. The Ir / Ce0.8Zr0.2O2 / Al2O3 / FeCrAl catalyst showed good catalytic activity and stability in the evaluation of 100 h lifetime.
