在氮、硫供应水平均较低的酸性沙壤土上进行田间试验。结果表明 ,氮硫肥配施明显增加菜心茎粗、单茎重 ,提高菜心产量 ,对改善菜心产品品质也有一定效果。增施氮肥 ,可使菜心茎粗增加 0 .60mm~ 0 .73mm ,单茎重增加 1.0 5 g~ 1.3 4g ,增产 7.0 5 %~ 14 .0 8% ,可溶糖含量增加 2 0 .70 %~ 2 8.2 8% ,但同时导致Vc含量下降 4.82 %~ 13 .94% ,硝酸盐含量提高 15 .86%~ 2 1.85 %。补充硫肥 ,使菜心茎粗增加 0 .2 7mm ,单茎重增加 0 .5 1g ,增产 7.12 % ,维生素C含量提高9 15 % ,可溶糖含量提高 8.3 6%。
Field trials were carried out on sandy loam soil with low nitrogen and sulfur supply. The results showed that the combination of nitrogen and sulfur fertilizers significantly increased cabbage stem diameter, stem weight, improve yield of Brassica campestris, to improve the quality of Brassica oleracea products have some effect. The increase of nitrogen fertilizer could increase the stem diameter of stems by 0.660mm ~ 0.73mm, increase the single stem weight by 1.05g ~ 1.3 4g, increase the yield by 7.05% ~ 14.08% and increase the soluble sugar content by 20.7% % ~ 2 8.2 8%, but at the same time, the content of Vc decreased 4.82% ~ 13 .94% and the content of nitrate increased 15.86% ~ 21.85%. Supplementation of sulfur fertilizer, so that the heart of the cabbage increased 0.27mm, single stem weight increased 0.51g, yield 7.12%, vitamin C content increased 9 15%, soluble sugar content increased 8.3 6%.
