当下,许多医院都开始逐渐改革预算机制,以提升预算绩效的效率。作为医院财务管理工作的重点,预算工作的水平高低,直接会对医院财务管理的情况造成严重的影响。因此,提升预算绩效管理工作的水平对医院来说很有必要。本文结合实际的工作经验,从当下医院预算绩效管理的现状入手,总结出存在的问题,并提出相对应的解决办法,以供借鉴。 At present, many hospitals are beginning to gradually reform the budget mechanism to enhance the efficiency of budget performance. As the focus of the hospital’s financial management, the level of the budget work will directly affect the hospital’s financial management. Therefore, improving the level of budget performance management is necessary for the hospital. In this paper, the actual work experience, from the current status of the hospital budget performance management to start with, summed up the existing problems and put forward the corresponding solutions for reference.
