刀具结构如图所示,主要由主刀体、副刀体、倒角刀、冷却润滑管路等组成。用于C620车床上,精加工齿轮泵体类零件,一次纵向进刀即可车出。由于刀具角度选择合理,冷却润滑液充足,所以,刀具排屑流畅、磨损小,可保证加工精度和光洁度((?)7左右),使加工效率提高6~7倍。刀具的调整与使用:1.将刀具压紧在车床方刀架上,使其小孔刀2的4毫米修光刃与工件轴线平行;2.将泵体小孔车至公差范围,然后,锁紧大刀架斜铁;
