本文通过实验分析讨论,得出的结论是:国产彩色显象管在用不锈钢材料中,出现含气量大的材料,即内部含气量比同种类的日本材料多、比日本材料含气量多的气体主要是氢气,其原因是金属材料在冶炼、热轧等热状态加工工艺过程中气体溶解在材料内,因此要采取措施,来控制好氢在材料体内的溶解量,最终减少彩色显象管用国产材料的总含气量,达到日本同类材料的水平,以便满足彩色显象管对其真空性能的要求。
