本文报告我科1957年1月至1977年12月住院治疗的急性会厌炎50例,以31～50岁多见,男女比例为3:2,春季最多,秋季最少,多为原发性(76％),发病1天内就诊者占半数。经抗菌素、中草药和激素联合治疗,全部治愈。仅4例作气管切开术,平均住院6.5天。此外,还讨论了诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗问题,认为以青霉素和链霉素治疗为宜。
This article reports from January 1957 to December 1977 in our hospital 50 cases of acute epiglottis hospitalized in 31 to 50 years of age more common male to female ratio of 3: 2, the highest spring, autumn at least, mostly primary (76 %), The incidence of treatment within one day accounted for half.
