近年来,补钙已成为一种时尚,婴幼儿时期补钙是为了预防佝偻病,年纪大了补钙是为了预防骨质疏松症。然而,现在不少少年儿童,特别是有些身材比较矮小的少年儿童自己要求或者在父母的安排下每天服用各种钙片,他们认为多补钙能使人长得更高一些。其实,这是认识上的一种误区,单纯的补钙并不能直接地使少年儿童长得更高。一个人身高的增长,除了遗传因素外,还得有健全的内分泌系统以及维生素D和钙等的协同作用,才能保障骨骼的充分生长,使人体长得更高。
