以钛合金TA7为基体,分别制备了硝酸铅做稳定剂的常规Ni-B镀层和硫酸铊做稳定剂的Ni-B镀层(NTB镀层)。提出了一种改进型的钛合金表面活化工艺,通过该前处理工艺能够获得具有良好结合力的镀层。用TM-1000扫描电子显微镜观察了镀层微观显微形貌,在DELTALAB-NENE高精度液压伺服微动试验机上进行了微动摩擦试验,结果表明:跑合阶段NTB镀层摩擦系数为0.13,同比基体减小了24%,比常规Ni-B镀层减小了19%,摩擦系数上升的速度比基体减缓了75%,比常规Ni-B镀层减缓了40%,说明硫酸铊做稳定剂的NTB镀层具有优异的抗微动损伤性能。
Based on TA7 titanium alloy, Ni-B coating (NTB coating) with conventional Ni-B coating made of lead nitrate as stabilizing agent and thallium sulphate as stabilizer was prepared. An improved titanium alloy surface activation process is proposed. Through this pretreatment process, a coating with good adhesion can be obtained.
