目的 获得深圳市宝安区流动人口肺结核患者的跨区域转出数据,分析影响转出到位率的因素,探讨提高流动人口肺结核患者跨区域转出到位率的方法.方法 通过结核病管理信息系统,对2009年1月至2010年8月深圳市宝安区流动人口肺结核患者跨区域转出到位状况进行汇总统计,分析转出不到位的因素.结果 在近20个月中,深圳市宝安区流动人口跨区域转出肺结核患者共626例,其中转出到位431例,转出到位率仅为68.8%.导致转出未到位的原因有患者未回转入地、查无患者本人、患者再次外出、登记地址错误、患者拒绝就诊等.结论 宝安区流动人口肺结核患者的跨区域转出到位率较低,患者自身因素是其主要原因.
