职业学校虽然教学技术中的有形技术有了突飞猛进的发展,但无形技术上并没有很大的改变。还是沿用以知识为导向的教学模式对于临近毕业、即将走向工作岗位的三年级学生来讲就不恰当了。为弥补这一不足,应该在三年级的教学中引入以岗位适应为导向的案例教学法。其不仅仅是教学教法上的革新,而更在于其会潜移默化地将学生的关注点从分数引向能力,将老师的关注点从教材引向工作,将学校的关注点从理论引向就业。其将会像一枚小小的火种,引燃职业学校教改的燎原之火。
Although vocational schools have made rapid progress in the development of tangible technologies in teaching technology, the intangible technology has not changed much. Or the use of knowledge-based instructional approaches is not appropriate for third graders who are about to graduate and are on their way to work. To make up for this problem, we should introduce the case teaching method oriented by job adaptability into the third grade teaching. It is not just an innovation in pedagogy, but moreover, it will subtly introduce students ’attention from points to abilities, guide teachers’ attention from teaching materials to work, and shift the focus of schools from theory to employment . It will be like a little fire, igniting the ignorance of vocational education reform.
