本文对ZL102合金用富钇混合稀土进行变质处理作了研究。结果表明:富钇混合稀土加入ZL102合金后,将产生复杂的化合物组织,随冷却速度不同,表现出长片状、多角形及骨骼状等。合金中加入0.1—0.7wt%范围的富钇混合稀土可获得变质结构。富钇混合稀土使其晶硅呈纤维状和少量骨骼状。当加入较多量的富钇混合稀土时,将使共晶硅出现树枝状形态,从而降低合金性能。
In this paper, ZL102 alloy with yttrium-rich mixed rare earth metamorphic treatment was studied. The results show that the complex yttrium-rich rare earth compound ZL102 alloy will produce complex chemical composition, with the cooling rate is different, showing long flake, polygon and bone-like and so on. Addition of 0.1-0.7wt% Yttrium-rich mischmetal to the alloy resulted in the metamorphic structure. Rich yttrium mixed rare earth to make its crystalline silicon fibers and a small amount of bone. When adding a larger amount of rich yttrium mixed rare earth, eutectic silicon dendritic morphology will occur, thereby reducing the alloy performance.
