目的 用数值模拟的方法获得加压供氧面罩无余压状态下呼气活门的呼气阻力。 方法 采用呼气活门静态特性方程与流场控制方程耦合求解的方法 ,计算加压供氧面罩呼气活门的呼气阻力。流场计算中 ,在同位网格上采用了 SIMPL ER方法和 κ- ε两方程湍流模型 ,用 QU ICK格式对控制方程进行了离散。 结果 数值模拟结果与实验结果吻合较好。 结论 本文中提出的数值模拟方法正确 ,计算结果满足工程精度要求
Objective To obtain the expiratory resistance of the expiratory valve under no pressure with pressurized oxygen mask by numerical simulation. Methods The exhalation resistance of the expiratory valve of the pressurized oxygen mask was calculated by coupling the static characteristic equation of the expiratory valve with the flow field governing equation. In the flow field calculation, the SIMPL ER method and κ-ε turbulence model are used on the homology grid, and the governing equations are discretized by QU ICK. The results of numerical simulation and experimental results agree well. Conclusion The numerical simulation method proposed in this paper is correct, and the calculation results meet the requirements of engineering accuracy
