本研究采用扫描电镜观察了骨形成蛋白(BMP)与生物活性玻璃陶瓷(BGC)复合材料在狗牙槽中种植后2周到6个月的组织学反应,发现BGC可作为BMP的载体,复合材料有良好的骨诱导性,复合物与诱导骨可形成完整的骨性结合。
