人武部收归后,军政主官多属新老配备,多数未在一起共过事,相互间都有一个了解、认识的过程。为此,一定要认真搞好心里沟通,促进相互间的“磨合”。 一是相互信任,在坦然相见中求沟通。在共事中,双方应注意做到:要热心,对方有困难要尽心想办法相助;要诚心,把对方当知己,以心换心,促成工作上的合拍。在日常工作中,坦诚相见,相互信任就能消除误解和遏制谣言。
