1 前言 杭州萧山国际机场是浙江省一项跨世纪工程,工程的建成将为杭州迈向国际化道路又前进了一步。我公司中标承建杭州萧山国际机场中航管、气象、通信综合楼部分,而本文将着重介绍航管楼塔台施工的情况。塔台是机场的指挥和管理中心,是机场的标志性建筑(图1)。该塔台由内外两个圆筒组成,内筒直径3.45m、壁厚250mm,外筒直径6.6m、壁厚400mm,其中内筒为电梯井道,内外筒之间为旋转楼梯。构筑物总高度74m,筒身剪力墙高度自-2.5~63.47m,筒体外墙为清水混凝土,在48.05m标高以上需装饰,内墙为普通混凝土。
1 Foreword The Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport is a cross-century project in Zhejiang Province. The completion of the project will be a further step towards Hangzhou’s internationalization. Our company won the bid to build a part of the comprehensive building of CNAC, meteorology and communications at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport. This article will focus on the construction of towers and platforms in the flight management building. The tower is the command and management center of the airport and is the landmark of the airport (Figure 1). The tower is composed of two cylinders, inner and outer cylinders. The diameter of the inner cylinder is 3.45m, the wall thickness is 250mm, the diameter of the outer cylinder is 6.6m, and the wall thickness is 400mm. The inner cylinder is an elevator hoistway, and the inner and outer cylinders are spiral stairs. The total height of the structure is 74m. The height of the shear wall of the shaft is from -2.5 to 63.47m. The external wall of the cylinder is fair-faced concrete, which needs to be decorated above the elevation of 48.05m. The internal wall is ordinary concrete.
