目的了解乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)在原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)发生的病因作用以及两种病毒的相互关系。方法167例HCC组和180例正常组的配对对照研究。结果HCC组中HBV-DNA和HCV-RNA阳性率分别为74.9%及12.0%,显著高于对照组的11.1%和3.9%,HBV-DNA或HCV-RNA阳性以及两者均阳性时发生HCC的相对危险度分别为52.79、30.21和84.00。结论HBV感染除可能有直接致癌作用外,还可与HCV有协同致癌作用。
Objective To investigate the etiological role of hepatitis B virus (HBV) and hepatitis C virus (HCV) in primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and the relationship between the two viruses. Methods 167 cases of HCC group and 180 normal control group. Results The positive rates of HBV-DNA and HCV-RNA in HCC group were 74.9% and 12.0%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in control group (11.1% vs 3.9%). HBV-DNA or HCV-RNA positive and HCC The relative risk was 52.79, 30.21 and 84.00 respectively. Conclusion In addition to HBV infection may have a direct carcinogenic effect, but also with HCV has a carcinogenic effect.
