“推门听课”较实际地呈现教师课堂授课的原生态,是幼儿园检查教学质量的主要途径。“分享听课”作为近年兴起的听课方式,调动了教师参与教学研讨的积极性和主动性,是幼儿园管理者人文理念的一种体现。本文试从两种听课方式的实施效果、主导者、理念体现三方面进行比较分析,探讨其各自的优劣,进而阐述幼儿园管理者如何准确把握听课的目的与原则,促进管理理念更新,提高教学领导力。
“Push the door to listen to class” is more realistic presentation of the original teaching of classroom teachers, kindergarten is the main way to check the quality of teaching. “Listening lessons ” As the way of lectures rising in recent years, mobilizing the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers to participate in teaching seminars is a manifestation of the humanities philosophy of kindergarten managers. This paper tries to compare and analyze the implementation effects, the leader and the concept manifestation of the two listening methods and discuss their respective advantages and disadvantages, and then explain how the kindergarten managers can accurately grasp the purpose and principles of the lectures, promote the updating of the management ideas and improve the teaching leadership.
