本文首先基于生态足迹分析法的概念及计算理论,建立了基于能值分析的建设项目生态足迹评价模型,利用该模型可以判断建设项目在整个生命周期内的生态盈余或亏损,以此来分析建设项目对当地的影响和评价项目的可持续性。而后,本文以奥运会比赛场馆——北京大学体育馆为例,运用该模型进行了生态效益分析,表明此模型具有一定的实用性。最后针对此模型提出了减物质化生产及节能建筑等措施。
Based on the concept and calculation theory of ecological footprint analysis, this paper establishes a model based on emergy analysis to evaluate the ecological footprint of construction projects. By using this model, the ecological surplus or loss of construction projects can be judged during the whole life cycle, Project impact on localities and evaluation of project sustainability. After that, taking the Olympic Games stadium - Peking University Gymnasium as an example, this paper analyzes the ecological benefits using this model, which shows that the model has some practicality. At last, some measures such as materialized production and energy-saving building are put forward for this model.
