目的探讨胎儿大脑皮层发育异常的产前影像学表现。方法回顾性分析2012年8月至2013年8月接受超声及MRI检查的胎儿280例。结果①280例中诊断为大脑皮层发育异常胎儿12例;②大脑皮层发育异常胎儿中,超声提示诊断经MRI证实8例(小头畸形4例、灰质异位3例、半侧巨脑症1例);超声漏诊后经MRI证实4例(脑裂畸形2例、结节性硬化1例、颞叶发育不良1例);③妊娠进展随访情况为:10例孕妇选择终止妊娠,2例孕妇选择继续妊娠。结论大脑皮层发育异常产前影像表现具有特征性,超声联合MRI对该类疾病产前诊断具有重要作用。
Objective To investigate prenatal imaging manifestations of fetal cerebral cortex dysplasia. Methods A retrospective analysis of 280 fetuses undergoing ultrasound and MRI from August 2012 to August 2013 was performed. Results ①80 cases were diagnosed as cerebral cortex dysplasia in 12 cases; ② cesarean section abnormal fetus, ultrasound diagnosis of 8 cases confirmed by MRI (microcephaly in 4 cases, 3 cases of gray matter ectopic, hemifacial brain disease in 1 case ); Missed by ultrasound after ultrasound confirmed in 4 cases (2 cases of schizencephaly, tuberous sclerosis in 1 case, temporal lobe dysplasia in 1 case); ③ follow-up of pregnancy were: 10 cases of pregnant women choose to terminate the pregnancy, 2 cases of pregnant women choose Continue to pregnancy. Conclusions Prenatal imaging manifestations of abnormal development of cerebral cortex are characteristic. Combined ultrasound and MRI can play an important role in the prenatal diagnosis of these diseases.
