In May 2006, just as the students sprinted for the final day of the college entrance examination, they heard a good news from the other side of the ocean: More than 20 freshmen from Shanghai Foreign Studies University’s Foreign Languages School (abbreviated as Shanghai Affiliated to China) have already been overseas. The prestigious school “preemptive” admission. In the past 40 years since its founding, the Chinese High School attached to China has trained many outstanding talents, such as Wang Guangya, the Chinese Permanent Representative to the United Nations, and Vice Foreign Minister and former Chinese ambassador to the United States, Yang Jiechi. Although the school seems to be “not surprising,” students are admitted to international first-rate universities almost every year. President Cui Deming and two students who were admitted to Harvard University and Yale University with full scholarships explained the secret of success for us.
