目的:观察全视网膜光凝术(panretinal photocoagulation,PRP)对增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)的疗效、影响疗效的因素及激光量的选择。方法:对1998~2000年门诊随机治疗的符合多中心糖尿病视网膜病变激光治疗组(DiabeticRetinopathy Photocoagulation Study Group,DRPSG)制定的标准362例(551只眼)PDR患者PRP术后情况进行观察。并与对照组进行对照。结果:从两组结果可以看出治疗组比对照组用的光斑大,点数少,光斑反应重,范围广,疗效好。结论:根据视网膜病变的严重程度选择不同的PRP技术是治疗成功的关键之一。适宜波长的激光、光凝范围、光斑密度,光斑大小、光照时间、输出功率三个技术参数的合理应用,以最少的点数达到最佳的治疗效果。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of panretinal photocoagulation (PRP) on proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR), the factors affecting curative effect and the amount of laser. Methods: A total of 362 patients (551 eyes) with PDR who were randomized to outpatient clinics from 1998 to 2000 under the Diabetic Retinopathy Photocoagulation Study Group (DRPSG) were enrolled in this study. And compared with the control group. Results: The results from the two groups can be seen in the treatment group than the control group with large spots, fewer points, spot reaction, a wide range of good curative effect. Conclusions: Choosing different PRP techniques according to the severity of retinopathy is one of the keys to successful treatment. Appropriate wavelength laser, photocoagulation range, spot density, spot size, light time, the output power of the three technical parameters of the rational application of the least points to achieve the best therapeutic effect.
