In this paper, several methods of high-drop-price cultivation of grass carp hemorrhagic fever virus 854 were studied. The results are reported as follows: Materials and Methods 1 Cells: Grass carp kidney cell line (CIK) The base is CAS with 10% calf serum. 2 viruses: 854 strains of grass carp hemorrhagic virus and 2% calf serum in maintenance solution. 3 high drop price training methods 3
