采用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机研究了ZnAl10Cu2合金热变形行为,使用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)分析了压缩后合金试样的显微组织。结果表明,绝热剪切带的宽带随应变速率的增加而减小,位于剪切带中心区域的初生枝晶沿其扩展方向被剧烈拉长成纤维状,且表现出塑性流动局域失稳的特征。基体β相发生动态再结晶,形成细小的等轴晶粒。
The hot deformation behavior of ZnAl10Cu2 alloy was investigated by Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation tester. The microstructure of the alloy samples was analyzed by optical microscope (OM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the broadband of adiabatic shear band decreases with the increase of strain rate. The primary dendrites located in the center of the shear zone are strongly elongated into fibers along the expanding direction, and show the local instability of plastic flow. feature.
