博物馆与观众的关系紧密,认识观众是博物馆工作的必要基础,也是评估优质展览的标准。本文从博物馆观众研究定义的演变、观众分类分层的理论梳理出发,结合互动体验模式及研究方法上的“以观众为中心的评估层级”模式,从行为、知识获得和情感测量三方面对湖州博物馆《吴兴赋》展览进行观众实例研究。同时,在不断演变的观众研究理论上,我们必须在观众研究过程中更加重视地方、社区及个人体验。
Close relationship between the museum and the audience, understanding the audience is the necessary foundation for the work of the museum, but also to evaluate the standards of quality exhibitions. Based on the evolution of the research definition of the audience in the museum and the theoretical classification of the audience classification and stratification, this paper combines the “audience-centered evaluation hierarchy” model with the interactive experience model and the research method, from three aspects: behavior, knowledge acquisition and emotion measurement A Case Study of Huzhou Museum “Wu Xing Fu” Exhibition. In the meantime, in the evolving theory of audience research, we must place more emphasis on local, community and personal experiences in the audience research process.
