多年来,运动神经传导速度检查,已为临床广为应用。但常用的运动神经传导速度测定,只能确定臀、腋以下的肢体远段神经功能,对于臀、腋以上的近体段的神经传导速度无法测定。在运用 F 波检查后就解决了上、下肢近体段的传导速度,这对于许多病变位于近体段神经、神经根与前角的疾病诊断,找到更多、更确切的客观检查指标。有些作者(Conrad 1975,Panayiotopoulcs 1977)
Over the years, motor nerve conduction velocity test, has been widely used in clinical practice.
