如今,影视欣赏课已经成为大学英语后续课程中颇受学生欢迎的课程之一。声画并茂的影视作品为学生带来了真实的语言交流的环境,使他们仿佛“身临其境”。但要真正感受和理解电影世界中的多元文化甚至是文化上的冲突,还需要教师的正确引导和学生自身的不断积累。基于此,依据跨文化交际的理论,通过分析英语影视欣赏课的特点和现状,探讨培养学生的跨文化意识的几个有效途径。
Today, film appreciation classes have become popular among students in the follow-on college English course. The best of both worlds, the film and television shows bring a true language exchange environment to students, making them “immersive”. However, to truly feel and understand the multicultural and even cultural conflicts in the movie world, it is also necessary for teachers to correctly guide and accumulate students themselves. Based on this, according to the theory of intercultural communication, through analyzing the characteristics and current situation of English film and television appreciation class, several effective ways of cultivating students’ cross-cultural awareness are discussed.
