食管、贲门癌术后并发症较多,最严重的为吻合口瘘,发生率为0.6％—11.6％,其中胸内吻合口瘘死亡率达50％。笔者研究了胸内吻合口瘘的原因,采取了相应的预防措施,使发生率降至0.7％,现报告如下。
Esophageal and cardiac cancers have more postoperative complications. The most serious one is anastomotic leakage, with an incidence rate of 0.6% to 11.6%, of which the intrathoracic anastomotic leakage rate reaches 50%. The authors studied the causes of intrathoracic anastomotic leakage and adopted appropriate preventive measures to reduce the incidence to 0.7%. The report is as follows.
