通过MFE3光学显微镜、万能力学试验机等手段对Al-20Si-1.5Mg-xMn合金进行了研究。结果显示,添加Mn元素后,合金的晶粒先细化随后又逐渐变粗大,合金的力学性能也是随着Mn含量的增加先升高后降低。在Mn含量为0.5%时综合性能最好。
The Al-20Si-1.5Mg-xMn alloy was studied by MFE3 optical microscope and universal mechanical testing machine. The results show that after adding Mn, the grain size of the alloy is refined first and then gradually becomes coarse. The mechanical properties of the alloy first increase and then decrease with the increase of Mn content. In the Mn content of 0.5% best overall performance.
