目的探讨PPARγ基因rs1801282、rs3856806及rs4684847多态性与维吾尔族人群代谢综合征(MS)的关系。方法应用基质辅助激光解析电离时间飞行质谱技术检测250例MS患者(MS)组和248例非MS患者(对照组)PPARγ基因rs1801282、rs3856806及rs4684847基因型。结果 rs1801282、rs3856806、rs4684847多态性检验后,MS组与对照组3种基因型及等位基因型频率分布比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),多因素logistic回归分析显示,超重及肥胖是MS发生的危险因素。MS组中,rs1801282 CC基因型携带者舒张压高于CG/GG基因型携带者,但WHR较CG/GG基因型携带者低(P<0.05)。结论 PPARγ基因rs1801282、rs3856806及rs4684847多态性可能与维吾尔族人群MS无关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between PPARγ gene rs1801282, rs3856806 and rs4684847 polymorphisms and metabolic syndrome (MS) in Uygur population. Methods The genotypes of PPARγ rs1801282, rs3856806 and rs4684847 in 250 MS patients and 248 non-MS patients (control group) were detected by matrix-assisted laser desorption / ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry. Results After the rs1801282, rs3856806 and rs4684847 polymorphisms were tested, there was no significant difference in the frequency distribution of the three genotypes and alleles between the MS group and the control group (P> 0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that overweight and Obesity is a risk factor for MS. MS group, rs1801282 CC genotype carriers diastolic blood pressure was higher than CG / GG genotype carriers, but WHR was lower than CG / GG genotype carriers (P <0.05). Conclusion Polymorphism of PPARγ gene rs1801282, rs3856806 and rs4684847 may not be related to MS in Uygur population.
