针对20CrMnTi钢机械联接环生产效率低、质量稳定性差、废品率高等问题,对其进行了工艺改进试验,并进行了显微组织、拉伸和冲击试验测试分析。结果表明:改进的锻压工艺为毛坯1180℃预热后1320℃反向锻压;与生产线现有工艺相比,采用改进工艺后机械联接环抗拉强度增加161 MPa,屈服强度增加201 MPa,断后伸长率增加7.6%。
Aiming at the problems of low production efficiency, poor quality stability and high reject rate of 20CrMnTi mechanical coupling rings, the process improvement test was carried out and the microstructure, tensile and impact tests were conducted. The results show that the improved forging process is reverse forging at 1320 ℃ after the preheating of the blank at 1180 ℃. Compared with the existing process in the production line, the tensile strength of the mechanical coupling ring increases by 161 MPa, the yield strength increases by 201 MPa, The rate of increase of 7.6%.
