随着油田开采技术的发展,螺杆泵采油技术在油井举升中得到了广泛应用,并取得巨大的经济效益。锦州采油厂从99年开始应用螺杆泵,目前已达到了运转166口井的规模。与传统的采油方式相比较,螺杆泵采油系统的系统效率较高,节能显著。根据螺杆泵的节点分析方法,对螺杆泵各部分的运动特性及能量损失,建立系统效率分析模型,找出可选最佳协调点,从而指导螺杆泵在合理工况下生产。
With the development of oil field mining technology, screw pump production technology has been widely used in oil well lifting, and achieved great economic benefits. Jinzhou Oil Production Plant from the beginning of the application of screw pump in 1999, has now reached the operation of the scale of 166 wells. Compared with the traditional oil recovery method, the screw pump oil recovery system has high system efficiency and significant energy saving. According to the node analysis method of screw pump, this paper establishes the system efficiency analysis model for the movement characteristics and energy loss of each part of the screw pump to find out the optimal coordination point to guide the screw pump to produce under the reasonable working conditions.
