双相性贫血是指机体内缺乏叶酸或维生素B_(12),同时又缺乏铁引起的混合性贫血,临床较少见。现将我院收治的10例报道如下。 1 材料和方法 1.1 对象 本组10例均为1987年2月以前因胃或十二指肠球部良性溃疡在我院行胃大部切除患者。术后经病理学证实。术前、术后均无感染、肝肾疾患、毒物接触、应用影响血象药物及其它血液系统病史。男8例,女2例,年龄23～59岁。 1.2 症状及体征 头晕、乏力、食欲不振、心悸6例,腹胀、腹泻2例,恶心、呕吐2例.
Biphasic anemia refers to the body lack of folic acid or vitamin B_ (12), but also a lack of iron-induced mixed anemia, clinical less common. Now 10 cases admitted to our hospital are as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Object This group of 10 patients were due to stomach or duodenal ulcer before February 1987 in our hospital underwent partial gastrectomy patients. Postoperative pathology confirmed. Preoperative and postoperative no infection, liver and kidney disease, poison exposure, application of blood drug and other blood system history. 8 males and 2 females, aged from 23 to 59 years old. 1.2 Symptoms and signs Dizziness, fatigue, loss of appetite, heart palpitations in 6 cases, bloating, diarrhea in 2 cases, nausea, vomiting in 2 cases.
