1、适用范围 本标准规定了卷制轴套外径的检验方法和必要的检验设备。卷制轴套标准见ISO3547。 卷制轴套在自由状态下是挠性件,装入轴承座后,由于轴承座孔径与卷制轴套外径的过盈配合,使卷制轴套基本上与轴承座孔形状一致。因此,卷制轴套应当用专用的测量设备在约束力下测量。 卷制轴套厚度检验在另外一个标准中规定(见ISO/DP9900)。 2、参考标准 ISO/R286—1962 ISO配合和极限系统 第一部分:通则、公差和偏差 ISO468—1982 表面粗糙度;特殊要求的参数、数值和通则 ISO/R1938—2971 ISO配合和极限系统;第二那分:光滑件的检验 ISO3547—1976 滑动轴承,卷制轴套尺寸、公差及检验方法
