婴儿湿疹是婴幼儿期最常见的一种皮肤病,生后2—4个月发病率最高。皮疹多见于两颊、前额及头皮,也可蔓延至颏、颈、肩、臂,甚至扩大到胸、腹、四肢。多为小型、多形态皮疹,以瘙痒、反复发作并易引起皮肤感染为其特点。因此,影响婴儿休息和睡眠,常使婴儿烦躁不安。此外,本病可造成患儿支气管和消化管粘膜敏感性增高,易合并呼吸道感染和消化不良症。过去认为该病主要是由于婴儿过敏性体质所引起。近来,国内外医学家研究发现,婴儿易患湿疹的最主要原因是母亲在妊娠期或哺乳期摄入植物油不足。我们日常食用的植物油和动物油的主要成分中,90%以上是脂肪酸,它分为饱和脂肪酸和不饱和脂肪酸,
