企业的绩效管理是企业管理的重要组成部分之一,是人力资源管理的重要内容,但是在目前我国国有企业的发展实践中却存在着很多绩效管理局限于形式,员工绩效难以提高的问题。其实企业的绩效管理理论发展已经取得了一定的成果,但落实到实践中时却暴露了很多的问题,有效的进行绩效的考评和管理,完善企业的绩效管理制度,是企业能够持续成长发展的前提,是企业发展的必须途径。因此本文就目前我国企业在绩效管理过程中存在的问题进行相关的分析和研究,并提出合理的解决对策。
The performance management of an enterprise is one of the important components of enterprise management and an important part of human resource management. However, in the current practice of state-owned enterprises in our country, there are many problems that the performance management is limited to the form and the employee performance is hard to be improved. In fact, some achievements have been made in the development of the theory of performance management in enterprises. However, many problems have been exposed in practice. Effective evaluation and management of performance and perfection of the performance management system of enterprises are the reasons why enterprises can continue to grow and develop Premise, is the necessary way for the development of enterprises. Therefore, this paper analyzes and studies the existing problems in the process of performance management in our country and puts forward reasonable solutions.
